My device is not working. What should I do?

Make sure the TL2 is firmly attached to the USB power adapter and that the adapter is securely plugged into the wall outlet.

Why does the device appear offline?

Please check your network connection and make sure the device is properly powered.

If the device is still offline, unplug it and plug it back in, then check its status again in the app.

What should I do if TL2 is not discovered automatically by Alexa?

1.Make sure TL2 is powered on and in pairing mode, and that your Alexa app is updated to the latest version.

2.If TL2 is still not discovered automatically, please refer to the General Matter Pairing section to add TL2 manually.

Why doesn’t the sensor switch to “no motion detected” immediately after motion stops?

The sensor keeps “motion detected” status for about 30 seconds before switching to “no motion detected” to ensure stable detection.

Why is the clock time incorrect?

Please check the time zone settings in the app and make sure the device is connected to the network for time synchronization.
