Order Tracking

Third Reality currently uses an external tracking workflow for shipment lookup. The legacy store sent customers to AfterShip, and this page preserves that same order-tracking path during the Shopify migration.

Track your order on AfterShip

Before you track

  • Have your tracking number or carrier reference ready.
  • Use the shipping confirmation email if you need to copy the tracking code exactly.
  • Tracking events can take time to appear after a label is created.

If the tracking page does not help

  • If your order has not shipped yet and you need an update, contact support@3reality.com.
  • If tracking is stalled, missing, or shows the package was lost, send your order number and tracking number to support.
  • If you need address help before shipment, contact support as soon as possible.
